The Project

This project is phase two of our three phases of construction at our new Orchard Campus. For this phase, we are focusing on meeting the needs of our growing church family by providing space for classrooms and administrative space, as well as reclaiming existing areas for their original purpose. Some of the benefits of the project will be:

• New Student Center growing our capacities by 80 students
• Heritage Chapel Renovation with seating for 220 and adorned with the stained glass art from our Heritage campus
• Adult Class Rooms for up to 200 more adults every Sunday morning
• Administrative and Counseling Office with a fireside room for groups
• Small Prayer Chapel
• Reclaiming storage and other rooms that have been converted into temporary offices

Funding

Expenses for the first two stages are being met through our Operation Expansion fund and the Building Fund. The construction costs will be covered by a three year loan, which will be paid off through a combination of contributions made through our Beyond Ourselves Capital Stewardship Journey and the sale of the Heritage property.
